Print Your Label
Once authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange once our warehouse processes the inspection.
